POETRY AND PERFORMING
As a poet, I’ve performed at events across the Netherlands, including Warm Bad, Soul Food Poetry, LADIDA x Word Up, Loving Room Festival, Tiny Terrace Concerts, Strange Birds Festival and The Poetry Brothel, and was interviewed on Under the Albatross on Birdcage Radio.
My written poetry has been published by New River Press, Ink, Sweat and Tears, The Missing Slate, Kairos Magazine and The Kindling, amongst others. I was selected for the prestigious Tower Poetry Summer School at Christ Church, University of Oxford, and my work has been shortlisted for The Avril Bruten Award and The Martin Starkie Poetry Prize.
I’ve also performed as a voiceover artist in films and advertising, including the short film ‘Fanny’ by The Milder Sisters, and in proactive work for Amnesty International.
